These terms apply to the FirstBloom website and digital products. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.

Products and payment

FirstBloom sells downloadable digital pregnancy resources as one-time purchases. Product descriptions, included files, and prices in USD are shown before checkout. Taxes may be calculated at checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes purchases as merchant of record and provides the receipt.

Digital delivery

Files are supplied electronically after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. See our Digital Delivery policy for details.

Personal-use license

Each purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and print the files for personal, non-commercial use. You may make reasonable personal backup copies.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense, upload to a file-sharing service, remove ownership notices, claim the work as your own, or use the files to create competing or derivative products for sale.

Intellectual property

FirstBloom retains all rights in the website, product artwork, text, templates, and downloadable files except rights belonging to third parties. Purchasing a product transfers a usage license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Health disclaimer

FirstBloom products provide general educational, organizational, and wellbeing information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional advice for health concerns and urgent medical attention when needed.

Results and availability

Individual experiences vary; we do not guarantee a particular pregnancy, health, emotional, or organizational outcome. We may correct errors or update products and the website. We will make reasonable efforts to keep purchased files accessible, but customers should retain a personal backup.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.

Responsible use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated means that burden the service, or use our content unlawfully.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FirstBloom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
