All FirstBloom products are downloadable digital files. No physical product will be mailed or shipped.

How delivery works

After a successful one-time payment, Lemon Squeezy provides access to the purchased files on the confirmation page and sends an order email to the address entered at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate, but email providers or payment review may cause a short delay.

If your files do not arrive

• Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
• Confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
• Use the order link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt when available.
• Email support@firstbloom.store with your order number.

File requirements

A current PDF reader is sufficient to view the files. Printing requires a printer and is optional. Digital annotation features depend on the app used by the customer.
